The spray gun and related equipment should be cleaned and in normal working condition. Check whether the spray gun produces the ideal spray shape. The ideal spray should be symmetrical, uniform and clear. Only a few paint mist particles can exist outside the spray edge. The capacity of the configured air compressor should meet the requirements of the equipment operation manual. For example, the GPQ6C airless sprayer is required to have an air consumption of 300-2500L/min and should be equipped with an air compressor of 1.6-2.5 cubic meters or 2.5 cubic meters. In order to ensure sufficient air intake, the inner diameter of the air outlet pipe of the air compressor and the air pipe connected to the inlet of the spraying machine should not be less than the diameter of the air inlet pipe specified in the manual for this type
